1) Can anyone become a content creator on the platform?: No. We specifically look for content creators who are pursuing or have already obtained a doctorate or state examination. We only accept content creators from top-tier universities.
2) How does the application process work?: The application process includes submitting your CV and relevant academic documents, an online interview, contract signing, and training.
3) How can I apply as a content creator?: You can apply by submitting your required documents through our platform or by email.
4) In what capacity do I work with Thesis-Elearning.com as a content creator?: You work as a freelancer with Thesis-Elearning.com and create high-quality learning content for students. We provide the technical infrastructure so you can focus fully on content production.

5) How can I earn money as a content creator on the platform?: Each of our excellent content creators receives a fixed compensation per MasterClass. The more MasterClasses you produce, the more money you can earn.
6) How much can I expect per month?: Your monthly earnings depend on the number of MasterClasses you create. You can flexibly decide how many videos you produce per month. We offer you competitive compensation.
7) When do I receive my payment?: Payment is made after successful approval of the MasterClass by Thesis-Elearning.com. Once we receive an invoice from you, your payment will be processed within the following 30 days. Please keep your bank details up to date to ensure prompt payment.
8) How do I handle invoicing?: We provide you with an invoice template that you need to fill out and sign. Once we receive an invoice from you, the payment will be transferred within the following 30 days.
9) Do I need to inform the tax office & social security?: Yes, you are required to report your freelance activity as a content creator at Thesis-Elearning.com to your local tax office. Social security contributions are not levied on this income.

10) Can I also conduct Live Q&A sessions?: Yes, as a content creator, you can also share your knowledge in Live Q&A sessions with students. If this sounds interesting to you, contact us directly via email.
11) Will I still be paid if a Live Q&A session is canceled?: Yes, if a scheduled Live Q&A session is canceled due to technical problems or too few participants, you will receive compensation of EUR 15.00. The exact conditions for this are outlined in your freelance contract.
12) What if I need a break or vacation?: At the beginning of each month, you must provide us with an overview of your availability for the coming 8 weeks. If you have accepted the production of a MasterClass or hosting a Live Q&A session, you are obligated to complete it.

13) When can I start producing a MasterClass?: After you have completed the mandatory training and met the required criteria, you are ready to create your first learning content.
14) How does the training of content creators work?: We offer comprehensive training materials as needed to equip you with the necessary tools and methods for creating learning videos.
15) What support do I receive for questions and problems?: Our dedicated content creator support team is available to you at any time. Whether you have technical problems, questions about academic topics, or other inquiries, we are here for you.

16) How do I handle requests for my personal contact information in Live Q&A sessions?: Do not share any personal contact information. Make it clear that communication takes place through the tools we provide. Protecting your privacy is our top priority.
17) Is there a code of conduct for Live Q&A sessions that I must follow?: Yes, all content creators must adhere to our comprehensive code of conduct, which ensures professional and ethical behavior in all interactions.
18) Do I need to report changes to my qualifications or data?: Yes, you should immediately report any significant changes in your personal circumstances, qualifications, or other relevant information to us.
